Essential Functions, Job Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Safety Conscious and believes in a safe project, 30 HR Cert.
- Be able to run $25 – $40 Million project.
- Working for a General Contractor in Public Works and DSA for the last 15 years as a Project Superintendent.
- Ethical, honest, and protective of company strategies and policies.
- Responsible for the coordination and timely completion of the project and ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes.
- He should be good at planning and executing the job in order to achieve a complete success, on time and within budget.
- Provides leadership to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships with the on-site subcontractors and to promote positive project morale.
- Develops and maintains project master schedules and monitors logic relationships; and inserts new activities and impacts.
- Knows how to pre-plan and conduct proper coordination meetings.
- Knows how to build and update a weekly look ahead schedule.
- Knows how to assist the team in monthly billings.
- Can conduct a weekly all hands meeting with all onsite contractors.
- Reviews RFI’s and Scope changes.
- Can assist in coordinating the BIM model.
- Is knowledgeable of all trades and knows how to coordinate trades working.
- Is well versed in Q/C.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Engineering, and/or construction degree is a Plus.
- Transparent, accountable with good judgment and strong operation focus.
- Strong confident resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
